ok i dont know what to do! i start the game, fix the controls and try to play. And no im not behind firewall and i know my ip but i dont know my port that is the problem. can someone help!

Try using a different port (and check out the FAQ if you haven't already).

Set your port (in the options menu) to 59222 or 27015. Then, when someone challenges you, click the "use my port" button.
