too much red man and its blinding ot the picture......sorry but i don't what else to say about it.
You;ll get better don't worry...i made crap too when i was a newdie like yourself.
i give it a 3.4/10 and i make all my rates true, so thats nothing to worry about.
Some things that an be added to your tag. Make the picture to its normal colour. The text doesn't really go with anything so take it out.
Put a little effert on your backgrounds. Just don't use the same coour over and over again.
