background not bad but the text is like wow *bad* try to make the text a little smaller. other than the text the banner seem all right, not great but all right.. :cheesy:

the 3d look isnt so great... font is ok but not going along with the banner, bg is weak including the 'laser effect'... those have to go either that or the sprite cuz they aint working togetha

Text is fine, background is...pretty plain. And ryu is not original. 5/10.

There's nothing to the background. You just made a few lines with a brush.
The text is much better than the BG.

Plain,Text blend is so so and bg doesn't look good and ryu sprite is overused and it doesn't fit in with the banner =/

background kills it, and the typo is too large, but the font looks good, try brushing backgrounds instead ofusing filters
