This is taking the mic! - Winning a game

Sometimes when i win a game at the continue screen it shows a picture of my opponent and it says if i want to continue and ask for a rematch as if i lost even though i won. Could someone tell me y this happens?

oh ya.... and who wins?? is it the opponent or is it me, and this is happening probably because of lag

im going to say for the last time..IT AINT A REVERSE WIN! it aint lag either! i bet u guys get that when u play tag mode..when u win it stil asks if u want 2 rematch or not like u lost..its prolly a bug but im still not sure becoz most ppl when playin tag win from using variable/crossover attack yea? when both players do that in 1 match the game assumes that they both won..so no-1 gets the points..and no-1 looses either...its more like a draw..

a reverse win is you beat the opponent and the opponent gets the win instead like Evil_Xfighter, but it doesn't have to show the winner at the continue screen... the guy just gets the win

basiclly is is a reverse win...you don't get the pts for the match but you sure do get a loss for it and it is cause of lag...somewhere during the fight both of you lose sync so you might be winning on your side of the screen but same thing goes for the other person and while all these is going on you get lucky and be hitting air which on the other side looks like it's hitting him so whoever gets the luckiest wins no matter what you see on the screen (an example would be when you get out of sync in emulators which we can't discuss here)
