the person on the left is blending a bit too much into the BG. The Bg loks good. Not much to say.

Yes, I understand that. But the fire around the edges looks more like red-paint. Whereas the fire in the center is bright and strong.

I think it looks kinda bad...it looks like you took no time making the banner. The people are way too blended...and kinda looks somewhat plain, but if that's what you were going for then...YAY :p
