Shin Ryu I am not gonna comment or degrade yoru banners since I see you are very much new to gfx. but I will give you advice. good-tutorials.com is a great site to start at, teaches you alot of aspects and basics in photoshop, which is what you need to make awsome backgrounds. 3/10 sorry :(
