your getting there on the background pretty quickly.
but work on your pictures it does match anything in it.
Press Ctrl+U and then you can try to chage it was the background.
i give it a 7.6/10

DO NOT PUT CTRL + U TO CHANGE COLOR, PUT CTRL+SHIFT+U to make it black and white, then ctrl+b to get a multitonal color.

as for look n rate,

pic is acward
background is meh
text effect is nasty
a one px stroke.. of RED?!?! stick to black.
