you know that top banner looking thing with ken and wolvie that was around before sfo? well, if i remember correctly, it was taken down post-shut down. but not, its back and im freakin out!

has it always been there and its just a glitch with my browser that didnt show it? was it reinstituted for some reason? or as it always been there and im just going insane? (insane-er)
