pic is decent, bg is nice and text is ok... animation is really bad, very weak animation.... 6/10 its better without the animation, the animation jus messes it up, stick to wut ur good at, not animation.

add more frames to ur animation to make it a smoother transition from one to the other... make like 3/4 frames going from shadow to clear view to lights on.and then back... use tween option( 4 cicles diagonally under the frames in the lsit of buttons)

u make moving pics with ImageReady, it comes with Photoshop usually
