Can't sign in

Every time I put in my name and password the game won't let me in. Does anyone know how to fix this ???

if your on the downloaded version and your on a network you can't sign in. But i think tmy is trying to fix this problem however it's low priority. If your on the online version the authentication server could be down but that doesn't occur a lot. Just try refreshing( Push F5 on IE) or redownload anew version of shockwave if that doesn't work play as a player or try playing the game in an hour or two. Hope that helps

Same thing with me accept almost all of the time it works but rarely it doesn't

clear cache... update Shockwave... try creating a NEW account with the same login/password...

if the web version is giving you the problems, try the downlodable one... or, the other way around...
