I can't log in at all - am I banned?

I posted this in senshukentaikai.com first but yeah anyways, I can't log into my username. It says it's unable to autheticate...Check username/password...It's either me or I got banned for doing absolutely nothing. I tried making a new username but it doesn't let me. error outdated version....clear files and reload....same thing....can't log in.

u didn't get banned.. sometimes the server is down.. try again.. if not, email me one more time...
