it sucks REALLY badly. it looks like a ripped background, the sprite is horribly placed, the text looks realy bad in that area, and really bad in general, no border, and random use of a gif in a banner, so... calculating all that into my rating, it'll be


1.2/10, since at least you know how to put a gif into a sig.

oh, and yes, i know you said "no comments just rate" but, i really dont give a flip.

well, you should have said that. but when you are doing that, what are you really doing? you are crippling his ability to learn. if you give him a fish, you feed him for a day. if you TEACH him to fish, you feed him for a life time.


and yes, hellboy777, if he were to get some background, save it without permission, and use it in his banner is IS plagerism. aka ripping.
