um dude..looks good..but take those blocks out.. :D i dont mind them there...but i would take them out..if ya dont want..then leave them..still nice

It is good but...tryout some other way of making your backgrounds. Don't leave it the same...well maybe just try to mess around with that background and it will e creative.
The outcome for this tag is well done but not those tiles poop on it...i give it a 7.1/10

avoid using symetrical backgrounds, except when they are semetrical but the symatry isnt in the middle. ehh, its hard to eplain, but just dont do it. avoid using a grid in the entire banner, a small corner si fine, but everything looks yucky.
the font isnt too great, try to make everything match. the font has to do something with ice man, the BG has to do something with ice, and the color has to do with ice man, and the color fo the text has to do with ice man.
