8/10, I like it. The lighting effetcs are nice and I like the blur on ryu.

not bad at all. I like it. the power from his fist is nice, and it has little spirals around the streams near the ends. cooooolll

all i see that coulda been bad was the bg the effect covers it up so u cant see it so i cant complain on it good job

The effects are carried out well and look nice. As was said a border would help out, but overall, good job.

and for some reason i try to set it as a sig and it wont apply

Just needs boreder u shouldve toned down the wind effect on ryu just a little.. :blues:
