View Full Version : My shockwave console is messed up - Read above
I have no trouble with the game until after the character select when i get ready to fight.
After that screen shows up, I end up getting this error box that says : "Out of memory loading member 1 OF PLAYER CAST 5, even after purging all purgeable castmembers".
Can anyone help me with this? I have cleared my cache and updated numerous times, and it still does not work.
Any help would be appreciated!
go to Faq and see if u can find info there..
peace :)

wow thats wierd. Its never happened to me. Do you have any memory left on your comp? Check the Faq(s) and maybe you'll find out what the problem is.

the problems is on u'r computer/browser end
clear browser cache, update Shockwave plugin, restart the computer (FAQ tells you how)
I have looked in the FAQ's and they still provide no help.
I clicked on the links as well. I have no idea what else to do!
I also followed all directions in the FAQ about Shockwave.
I have the latest version, I cleared my cache, downloaded shockwave, and restarted. It still wont work!
TMyapp, did you make a post about how to allocate memory in Internet Explorer? If you did, could you post a link so I can try it?
:(

ok
1).reinstall the shockwave .....
2).go to internet options ...delete cookies.delete files..
3).restart the computer
4).Try again and see if it works.
5).if not then there is a link in faq so use that
6).bye bye
I tried everything you said, wrestlemania, and the game still did not play. Thanks for trying to help me anyway.
I can only chat, but I cannot fight.
Could this be a bug in Shockwave? Or could it be my computer?
I have so many questions, and so little time

:angryfire: i think your comp is out on ram or your check system info and see how much availabe ram you have :angryfire:
I have 32MB of ram on the whole system, the System Resources are 74 percent free, the file and virtual memory is 32 bit, I havent installed Disk Compression(whatever that is), and thats it.
I hope that helps. If it does not help, it does not help.

How many MHZ do you have? If you only have 32 MB RAM, chances are that your computer is slow because you have a small amount of MHZ. I had a computer with 233 MHZ with DSL and i could hardly move at all because I moved so slow. If your computer is slow it probably isnt even worth playing. And for youre question its probably because you need more RAM.

i think i am having his problem now.i cant even get the page to load because of my shockwave
32mb ram .oh thats too slow
I dont get it! I was able to play this game fine before I rebooted the computer.
This problem started after I rebooted my computer.
I already have DirectX, and have followed your directions.
Im getting frustrated with this computer.
Other facts: 366 MHZ, PII, and Cable Modem. I see not the problem with Shockwave.

Just maybe ee4 it could be that you need to scan your cpy for viruses any thing could be possible try any way better to be safe then sorry right ??? :( :alien:
1.Right
2. Even with the cache set to maximum, the m----rf-----g error box still shows up. Could Shockwave have a problem detecting memory? Hmmm.
3. Im trying to run the game in practice mode when i do this.
4. I have IE6. Could IE6 be the prob?
I still have no idea why this is happening.
This could be a virtual memory problem. Maybe if I screw around with the virtual memory.....
