How do u make avtars+banners - Can some one teach me

if there is a same topic then delete this. i aint double posting i just aint bothered to search through 14 pages. well any way how do u make avtars and banners can some one tell me how to make em.

Try out PhotoShop elemtns and its good for new users. I know and i use it for my banners. Elements is like one of those photoshops that has the right stuff for new users and so on.
Don't photoshop 7.0 right now...it will extra hard for you and you will get confused more faster then you think.
PhotoShop elemtns 2.0 from adobe.com its the trail so use it those 30 days and then try out photoshop 7.0.
oh yeah...you wanted to know where to down load some files from there?...go to www.download.com and you can get it there too.

ok these are two places where you get them...

first one : http://www.download.com/ just look around for photoshop elements 2.0

http://adobe.com/ is the place where you can try the product out.Also they can help you out to make effects over there.
