i see what you're trying to do here
you were trying to make an effect tag but you kinda overdo it
and i disagree with raddaman0628 , the blue stuff looks good , its just that the bg ruins everything
i dont think you have lost your touch , just keep on practising so that you would get back to where you have left off.
