Just get a picture you like and make a background then put the picture on the banner. If you have adobe photoshop like I do you can make the picture blend in with the background by changing the pic's blending option.

Cutout the picture you want then press SHIFT +A .

Now you should see a moving border around the pic.

Then press SHIFT+C then this should copy the picture/sprite you wanted then go to the background that you was working and press SHIFT+V.

Then the pic you wanted should be in the background put if I was you I would blend the pic to with the blending options next to the layer panel

Note:Lower the opacity of an image doesnt count as blending =/...

So your back to posting again, hope i didnt offend u too bad before. And if youwanna make borders for ur banners, use the line tool and draw a border over a transparent background. You can then copy ur background or picture into ur border using magic wand.
