First off, i hate filter and yes i guess it looks good for some lazy filter. Bet you did this random.
Ok, don't resize the picture you'll kill it. You'll make the tag more gay and thats it.
Your typo is KINDA good but not great.
the picture the picture! let me repeat again, you can clearly see the picture doesn't look right. nosiy I'd say.
maybe after like 4 weeks i mit have time to teach you about gfx and "filters".
i give it a 3.2/10

I think Star said everything. Well here is what I think, the filtered background doesn't look good. Its overused. And one more tip you should listen to star is advices does help. :D . Keep on trying and you will get better.
