Jpg,bmp help - Bmp wont work

i was having truble with the banners latley but then i relized, there wasent anything wrong with it, just it couldent get bmp. this need jpg and i can convert bmp into jpg because it will just show a red X. can anyone help me to find a soulution?

bmp is the problem ok. i need to find a way to make bmp into jpg. this is wat happens if i have bmp:

it wont let me send it. if i change the BMP to anything else the X appers... got that?

ok when save your picture your write down the name, then under where you put your naem for your picture you see another bar click that then you'll see jpeg, jpg or something like that so click that before you save pictures. if you have animations click .gif instead

open the banner u have. Now save it as jpg. There should be two box. One is the one u name it, below it says "save type" click on it and change it to jpeg. O and imageshack wont' work here. Try http://250free.com never use http://www.250free.com or www.250free.com they don't accept www
