how do i move the picture around when i paste it on the bg.. in all my tag you can see the picture is in the middle because i don't know how to move them around and i suck with text

another tip:

dont resize pics(if they can fit dont put it on there)

blend well( i cant but u can try)

i need help for.. for my blending i use the pencil i didn't use the brush.

ok here is the problem. i like to work on black background
and when the background is black and i use the brush nothing come up when i pick the color to brush in but when i use the pencil it works
