Bmp to jpg - Help plz

Hey do any ofuguys kno how to change a bmp into a jpg?Cause I dont so I'm not able to make any banners ???

okay dude when ur done with ur banner press CTRL+S
and scroll and click that arrow and look for JPEG and ur done
then click exit it will say save? click "NO" and thats all
