work on your bg's then woryy about animation I mean twirls arn't everything u know even a matrix one wouldn't hurt

The bg is kinda simple =/ I can see that you use radia blur.

underlaie, stop animating work on ur bgs. this one u made is a nice start well from the grass and chains that is. change ur type of font... play with the layer style in layer options. trust me ull do better that way. also dunt forget the borders.
