Well i tried my best on this one. rate and comment, I want helpful comment and dom't just rate away.

aight i like the eefect but the glow can be reduce a it and pic can be blended more.. text is good to me 6/10

clean the pic, i can see rough edges text is nice and the effect reduce the brightness in ryus hands instead make like electric waves, that might work better.

A classic fighter with new age bg hmmm...Ryu's left leg looks clipped off or maybe its just the pic You probably could've smudged in his legs only the lower part though to make it look better becuase of limits of your pic.. Or maybe you couldve just blurred his legs a little to kill the clipped part of his left leg.. Use the burn tool to darken up that energy in his palms.. Then my man u have a winner 6.5/10 :)

aight, thanks everyone, ill try to improve it. but i am not gonna reduce the brightness in his hands, the point was to make it bright. Its his energy man....u know what i mean. Thabks for the tips strider, ill try them.

Use dodge high light with air brushes.
Make like bubbley dots around ryu.
You need to work on the typo.

yea ill add the bubbley dots, it will make it looks more like he is sucking in energy.
