its to busy...can't make out the typo and i think you should take out the picture in the left.

blue kills 1st the 2nd will look good if youcolor balance it...
Its a cool banner 8/10 work there.

here's a tip maddog
you should create sort of a layer mask on top of that layer
well of course you should duplicate the original layer first
then start erasing or using the air brush to rub off the colours that you dont want.
thats what i did in my 2nd banner :)
