Red xiii banner - New one

just made this but a hour or two ago, was wondering what people thought about it, i personally like it but i would like to hear others opinions and ways to improve.

Ok the background is good. but the border not really liking it. It messes up the banner. as for ur typo it not bad.

ratings: 7/10.
So far from all ur work i have seen i have to say this is ur best. good work dude.

border sucks.. isnt that orange line around the banner call a border? well w/e. ill call it border ???
anyways background needs more work (its ghey)
and wtf is that? a freaking prostitute cat? lol j/k... its ghey as well...and the text is alright but its ghey with the banner...so my rating...
