Lower block doesn't work - It wont work

when i'm playing in practice mode or when i'm fighting someone, i can't block when i'm crouching. i can block standing up but thats it. does that happen to anyone else?

yeah i have experiened this thing before.it happends when the game is too lagy.so dont worry... :)

Hadoken King posted this same problem. I have been experiencing this problem every since i started playing this game. I think its b/c of the high amount of lag.

I can agree with what their saying about the lower block not working. Every once i a while i get hit by a special that should have been blocked.I dont think its fun trying to suervive when your lower nblocks not working. :(
