Cant change avatar or mae sig appear

I put te URL of the image for the avatar and dosent show same for my sig. please help me :([/color:post_uid13]

there is another section for it right but its a technacal proplem so contact an admin -_-

estset do u know i can put my avatar like my banner but instead of my whole name i want it GB?
