No rules, other than you have to make everything on the tag. Only thing you can use that you didnt make yourself is the pic of the capcom character you put in it. Deadline is next monday anyone can join in though only one can win... Um since VF seems to be a fair and honest judge so he hopefully judge this battle's winner. He can appoint any other judges if want. Hey and goodluck to all.
