this time, its Zpower. how could he do this to us? he was like, relaly cool. but hes no longer cool, now hes on my not respected list and im gonna try to get him banned from at least the image section.

but as for the topic, it asks.. what are we gonna do? this is like the 3 ripper we've cought, and something needs to be done. on most of the times, i get one of my mod freinds to file a complaint, but i mean, what are we gonna do in the long run? i thnk we need a gfx mod to sort this stuff out.

so i think we should get tmyapp to hire a gfx onlay mod.

i can think of two possibilities.... Sajin, or me XD

no duh its true, ive been catching rippers since i started, and i know my types.

theres the ripper who takes whole banners, and doesnt change a pixel on them.
theres the ripper who takes things and uses them in backgrounds for banners.
theres the ripper (like zpower) who takes things, and uses it in the background, but modifies it, (like chanignt he color) to seem like he did it himself.
^^ these are hardest to catch, but thanks to the unidentified ripper stopper, we've gotten somewhere, now havent we?

The pictures prove everything. Since your tag is just a picture anyway. If you look closely, the two works are not just similar, but are IDENTICAL. Your tag is but a puzzle piece that has been poorly cut and easy to distinguish. Any one with half an eye can see through your cheap re-color.

That tutorial proves nothing of your innocence. It is very open-ended. It does not tell you how to create that render or how to attain the same brushing effects. The tutorial involved using a render the creator made himself and he DID NOT reveal how he made that render and what program he used. Therefore it is quite obvious you stole his image, whether or not if you simply took his render and followed the steps. There is NO possible way for you to produce the same image as his because you would have to use HIS render to do so.

here's the deal, tmyapp added this section of the forum as a favor, street fighter online is about the actual street fighter game, its not about making tags, wallpapers, or anything like that, so basically, even though i like making gfx as much as the next kid, it does not matter if anyone ripps in the offical forum, this forum is based on the game, street fighter, not about gfx, we wont need any moderators for this one section of the forum, to make it even more simple, tmyapp made this section as a gift, it is a privilage and it can be taken away, in meere seconds,we do not need moderators, this forum is for the game not for graphics, go to tag monkey or even battlegrounds if you want to be a graphic moderator

Hating to reply to such a hatefull and negative thread such as this once again. After being advised by my lawyer not to do so. Untill or when you decide to be men and settle this IN COURT. Like I said if you want to appear before a judge with your INSANE claims that I PLAGERIZED A FREAKING TUTORIAL ONLINE then go-ahead. Though whoever made the tutorial hopefully is 1000x smarter than you KIDS. To know his case is no solid backing what so ever and could find himself in a ton of legal mess. Though Im not concerned with that what Im concerned with now are. The possible charges against "Interent Harrassments" however small you may think they are. Forums are public towards the interenet community as a whole.
Anyone you guys MUST BE KIDS because only kids would assume A LAWSUIT as a BLUFF. Your fought if you dont take the actions of ahead of time before the court-date. If I decide to go through with this as my friends stated. It would be a gamble since the harassment chargers are small. Though my lawyer Melody Fenton has stated settlements in court do to harrassment have be resolved in court however small they may be.

ripping others work is SAD... working so hard on a banner just for it to get copied... i agree with what VF has to say about all of this... good thing that most of my work has animation and YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH HELL WITH IMAGE READY JUST TO DELETE MY FRAMES THEN SAVE 1 FRAME THEN SOMEHOW REMOVE THE STILLMATIC ANIMATION.. AND TRY NOT TO DELETE ANY SHAPE THAT I MADE ON MY POLYGONAL TOOL..

so heres the test... someone who is really good on ripping... try and edit my SHAPED KYO BANNER and make it plain without Stillmatic Flashing and not damaging ONE shape on my banner and the red opacity..

I know this topic is old and such but this topic need to be closed. Before this topic is closed i want to say something. Before acussing someone. It's better of showing his work and the other person work. About tutorial, they might look the same but note, it won't be the same so it's not call ripping unless the person copy the BG and paste it on their banner. People never think people bluff, cause really you don't know the person in real life. Were all kids, except for me you don't know anything. All you do is go with that person cause you think he's right. Not saying no more. Will a Mod or Admin close this topic. About Admin or Mod being here.
