Hosting banners - If someone can help me host and banner

i tried angelfire imageshacke and photobucket and they wont host it wut gives :(

um it has to be a gif or jpg or somthin

i finish it by using imageready cs and it comes up psd how can i chage it :(

im not sure i use image shack

Press Ctrl+S or go to file save as or save theres another one but I forgot try all three of them.

Also before you save click on the little arrow that says psd. and choose .gif or .jpg

i click the arrow next to photoshop (.psd) but theses no gif or jpd :(

look just do this when your done with your banner
press ctrl and S then press the arrow click gif or JPEG
then exit and your done http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/3081/Untitled-31.gif
