Thinking of downloading adobe photoshop - In limewire

I was in this area of the forum and thought all those banners looks soooo cool so i decided to download it in limewire. the only problem is that there are so many to choose from and i don't know where to get it. there's like .zip .sit .rar .exe .dmg .bin and i don't know which one to choose from. can you please tell which is the latest photoshop to download and which of the dot whatever that i should download. thank you

Well, this is really illegal...but I tend to use zip because I think it's faster but you have to upzip it which doesn't take too much time. Exe means it comes ready and start it as soon as you get it. Rar...is soemthing you also have to convert if i remember correctly...I have no idea what bin is.

I think a new one is Adobe Photoshop CS. Then if you download it as a .zip file, all you have to do is unzip it when the file finishes downloading.

okay i'm thinking .exe but what do you mean unzip? you mean like installing it or just clicking the icon or whatever then it'll automatically open.

download a zip because it usually comes with everything u need and if youdownloading photshop make sure its over a 100,000kb so u know its real.

zip means it all zipped in a file and u have to unzip it usually its in a file and u just have to click it, sometimes u have to unzip it to get the file u need.

hmm... i kinda looked through the guide & CD. looks complicated. but since it cost bout 300 im guessing it may have some cool stuff :D

No, Illustrator is a different program than Photoshop. Illustrator is a program that can make vectors.

A clue to knowing whether it would be adobe photoshop or not would be the illustrator part.

The latest version is adobe photoshop CS 8.0, but if you can't find that, just go with 7.0 it's just as good.

And I wouldn't reccomend downloading off of limewire, especially if you don't know what you're doing. Just don't download anything that isn't a .exe,.zip,or a .rar file. Also, make sure the filesize is above 100,000kb, as stated before.

Photoshop was mainly created for image editing ( but it has expanded for the use of way more things because i never used illistrator i do not know knowledge of it but they say u make vectors with it

the thing is it is also possible to make vectors with ps (photoshop)
the version i use is 7 but 8 is im guessing better
so get one of the 2 :)

D/l the zip file of CS. One problem, adobe seem to have picked up on all this piracy, so even if you have the serial number you#ll have to register your version and you'll have only 30 days to do so.

what in the world r vectors ppl? & yeah that registration thing (only 30 days) sux bcoz my comp went berserk & couldnt be fixed 4 a long time. i had to goto my friends house & file the registration separately just so that they dont chuck me away 4 some old scammer
