hey guys can any one tell me how to add a pic to my banner.I use photoshopcs and i cant figure out how to add the pic.please some one help me,

wow thats crazy.. a 2003 member asking such a simple question..

oh well.. first u must save your pic as a jpeg or gif.. jpeg prefferably.. and find a host site.. I use photobucket..

thats even easier.. copy the pic and paste it to your bg.. :O

U must use img tags

put this in front of your jpeg or gif.

img with brackets []

and at the end of your jpeg or gif.

/img with brackets..[]

there ya go..

Control panel.

edit your profile then add the img tags then paste the link of your banner in the middle and you'll be fine.

put the thing is it wont let me paste the pic well i can paste it but it changes the backround to white.

say you got a pic that you copied from the net and its 300x300, when you paste it its only going to show the top parts of the pic, you have to you the magic wand tool and select all the bit you don't want and cut them out of the picture, also once you cut a bit out, your going to want to cut out the rest of the other bits, so you select the move tool and move the image up and cut out what you don't want and hey presto your done

could you repeat that, but this time type it up properly all i have understood is you wanty to find a better place to host your images, there's alot web hosts around just go on google and search there or read this topic,

ok nvm on the last 1 because i found imageshack but now when ever i do something it comes out with an "X" insted of the image but ill try jpeg... http://img95.echo.ck/img95/4919/mybanner23gz.gif c- that is what i mean...
