I dislike it, uberclash used the same image he did a great job, the background for starter's looks very plain, truthfully it look's like you used the same brush =/. Secondly the blending of the sprite i think you just changed the blending mode of the image and that was it and lastly the text,i hate the position and i hate the font. No centre point in the tag, though i like the image you have but you've done a poor job presenting it.

I like it, 8/10. The background was created with more than one brush, you can see that -.- I think the font coordinates very well with the style and just the whole banner in general.

Looks like Ken wasn't ready when he took that picture. Anyway the banner isn't that bad, a better ken picture would help.
