If you're using photoshop...then...a background bro. If its on paint..I don't know what to tell you honestly. =/

Heres a tip.. stop using photoshop get out a pencil and paper ... fundamentals is the key to success. :blues: (That goes to everyone that post in this gfx section including me ofcourse :cool: )

shut up ####. I like the banner since your a beginner it deserves an Apropriate score so i give it a 7/10 but yes you can listen to the others suggestions of using photoshop and the ignore the ####s with negative comments.
