Problems logging in! - It freaks me out,look at description

Try this:
1.Click on tools
2.Go to Internet Options
3.Click delete files
4.Click OK
5.Press F5
(Only for Internet Explorer)

If that doesnt work then try the d/l version.

re-download shockwave 8.5 and/or shockwave 10 from http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/

see if that does it...
