From my sources, amnd what i was told....NWOs and Mods are apppointed by the current ones....

There isn't much more to say....since they don't tell us how they go through the whole chosing process...

To become either one you must help out the community alot and try to get noticed for doing the right things and as they say asking will make your chance's ven lower for being a mod or NWO.
