ugly. bg is messed up, the pics dont blend, the border is ugly and the font is just horrible. try to use fonts off websites, they are usually the best. work mostly on your backgrounds and blending. also dont ever put borders like that on, embossed borders do not look nice, neither do those borders (forgot what they called O O)

You have to give him some tips instead of good rates. Rates are nothing without the real thing your looking at.
Fake rates is just n00biess to me.
