Just try to make your background more detailed by useing a little bit of sharpen.
Filter>sharpen>sharpen (only once)
It doesn't always work for every tag.

You got problem with me someting don't even mention my SN or I going to start this thingy up. Anyway my rate is 5/10. work on BG.

Note: Here is tips might help you. Filter>cloud>cloud>Brush>radial blur 100 zoom and the thingy ctrl+i then do what ever you want that might help you :)

Yours just need better blending of pic... then you aight and maybe boarder.. and maybe add some foreground..and some other effects... then you set :xmas:
