1st time using brushes - I suck big time at brushes

This is my first time I ever used brushes. I seriously never tried it before because I never knew where to start. So I am basically a brushing ####ie.

Please comment on this banner I made for my friend Hellsing and tell me ways to improve from this. I still need to freakin make a banner for a gfx battle vs rabbitalien.

Thanks. I am still practicing with brushes. lol Don't know if I am getting any better or if I need work. but we will see in the gfx battle won't we? =)

use the burn tool on the really bright spots.. nice work though for a 1st time brush user.. :p
