you should put blue and and nother color in the back i would rate this a 6

i like the bg the colors blend well but the font DEFINITELY needs to be
changed and you might want to get a better sprite, like one that
takes up the right coner top and bottom then blend it a little
and it needs a border. but good improvment 5/10

bg is nice so isnt the font u need a new pic to go along with the colors and effects of the bg...try color balance also

ya those colours dont go with chun li maybe change the charaacter, but if youwant to keep the chun li get a better pic with her face visible, and a big pic that covers more space.
