First of all Don't double post Use the edit button and don't make so many topics

Now to answer your question
To put a banner in your sig upload it to a website then right click it and select properties a window should show up so under the categorie Address (URL) select the address (highlight it with your mouse) then hold control (Ctrl) (located on the bottom left hand side of your keyboard) and C then go to your control panel in the forum and in your sig press control V the URL should be pasted then after that place

to upload a banner/avatar or image, go to this site (http://www.imageshack.us/)
after you upload click host it and you will get the url of your banner for example www. url here .com
to put it in ur site go to control panel, profile and find signature and put [*img*]urlhere[*/img*]
withouth the *...
