New custom banner thread - Taking the pressure off... kinda

If you would like to have a banner made, I can do that if the others are busy and i offer hosting so all you have to do is link it. Please, be specific with the banner. I can go with "well im not quite sure but i want him in it" but give me time to offer you some templates. When describing, please explain exactly how you want what where. If possible (for the more complex ones) give me an example. If you would like an animated banner that will take longer since i have to search for a good gif program. i try as fast as i can but i really hate to do a crappy job so be patient. oh and specify size in pixels. thank you ^_^

IM CAN YOU MAKE ME ONE WITH A YELLOwbACK ROUND AND I WANT BLANKA BLACK AND I WANT HIM TO HAVE ELECTRISITY SOUROUNDING HIM O AND I WANT THE SAME SIZE AS YOUR BANNER AND I WANT IT TO SAY EVIL-BLANKA AT THE BOTTOM

Anyway if you can i'd like an animated banner with a white background. I want akuma doing a raging demon against dark ryu but instead of the screen going black I want akuma to disappear and then some question marks pop up around ryu's head and then he gets beat up by an invisible charachter then akuma reappears and the screen goes Black and Floaterz appears in red then it restarts.

I want it about the size of my current banner
