help!!!i cant start the game!!!! - it just stuck at the loading screen

when i click start button and click the only mirror 1,the window pops up and the loading bar is right there,but it wont move!if i click on another window and cover it,the bar will disappear and leaving only a black screen......

clear u'r cache... reinstall shockwave... restart the computer (the FAQ tells u how)

at least im pretty sure thats what your suppose to do
