Connection sync wit other fail... - Having trouble just recently

wow i havent posted in thsi forum for ages....lol anywasy heres my problem:

I used to be able sync wit other players easily but since i connected a router, i've been having syncing problems. I have read the FAQs and have tried wat it has told me but still when accepting quick fights and entering into hosted games, still says i cannot sync wit players. if any1 can help me wit this problem, i'd be glad and very thankful :D

have you tried clearing your cache? cookies? temporary internet files? and F5?

f5 yes btu the others no because it has nuthin to do wit the game itself.....i knwo for a fact its my router thats blocking the sync

Figure out what your Internal Protocal Number is, put it in the spot that normally says "AUTO" under network in the game options. Check the "I am behind a firewall our router" option. You won't be able to host or challenge people anymore :S

Yeah, ever since I bought this router, I haven't been able to synchronize with ANYBODY until I did that..

I can't synchronize and i do the F5 thing..but im trying to see if my internet has a firewalla or something..but i dunno how to check that out :(

this always happens to me. there is nothing you can do about it, tmyapp even said so. thats why you guys never see me in the game, i can rarely sync. you just have to wait untill it lets you play. usually playing another shockwave game for about an hour helps...

well i foudn 2 ip#.....one for LAN and one for WAN.....but both still dotn work for me....wat can i do now.....
