Mvsc2 for ps2 - Fav. team/combos

Ahh, finally a cheap way to play MvsC2 and experiment with the characters. Well, my craziest team is still Gief, Venom, and T. Bonne, but Jin, Gambit, Blackheart, B.B. Hood, and Omega Red are my subs in case there's a prob with my starters. Best combo i've found: T Bonne/Servbot/Felicia. Do a super assist hyper combo w/all three partners with these specials: Lunch Rush (T Bonne), Lunch Rush (Servbot), Super Litter Thingy (Felicia). Its absolutely devastating, all the specials hit low along the ground, and once one little hit connects, the opponent is doomed. Ok, whose your team and fav. combo.

this is messed up marvel vs capcom 2 is ok but i dont like it anymore since it was on dreamcast which is far far back in my old closet :laughlong:

pretty good team. the only reason i dont have Doom and most of the other more pop. chars. in my lineup is because i hate when there's three of the same 6 on a team, basically any mix of: Doom, Cable, Sent., Magneto, Blackheart, and Cyclops. These are by far the easiest and least strategic guys to use. One of these plus a diff. 2 is fine by me, but a team full of these guys just shows how unskilled and boring the competitor is. Thats why i picked Gief, Venom, and Bonne for my starters, cause they're not the most picked and because they totally destroy a team of the above mentioned.

I only played MvC2 like twice at the arcade, and those were the team I picked, so I guess since I don't really know of anyone else, they have to be my favorites :biggrin: I just press the buttons and Venom goes flying across the screen, lol. See how strategic I am?

well anyway i use those if i feel threatened by a player
but i just mix em all up for fun.. with a lil bit of backup :biggrin:

i too play MvsC 2 but on DREAMCAST tho !
i too like to mix different teams !

but i have some backups too !

FAV. TAM : 3x SERVBOT (i like a good challenge)

HUMILIATION TEAM : Dan Hibiki, T-Bonne, Servbot (i do win a lot with this)

BEAM TEAM : Cyclops, RYU, AKUMA(IRONMAN) (this is when i need power in my supers... their beam do not stay long but is very strong)

well... my BEAM TEAM is also my DREAM TEAM, but that's just because love the chars not because of their playablity !

HULK, DR DOOM, JUGGERNAUGHT

man, talk about power houses !
he do play with them like a pro.
juggernaught HEAD CRUSH push the opponent in the far side of the screen while DR DOOM BEAM that same char and when juggernaught push the opponent UPWARD. HULK puts him back down with his GAMMA CRUSH ! no way to avoid, you can only block the whole thing !

super jump are useless, hulk will just bring you back down !
jumping over the chars.... again, hulk will bring you back down or if he miss, DR DOOM blast will get you anyway...
that's one hell of a team in his hand !

he do play with venom a lot, but i am the one who counter him with spiderman !
he can't play with spidey but is one hell of a fighter with venom !
anyway... that's about all i know for teams !
i'm kinda not capable of choosing the same team twice in row, anyway !

you mean when all 3 come on at the same time? Just press both assist buttons when you have 3 hyper bars, and watch the sparks fly. Now, see what i was sayin about how most ppl use the 6 players i mentioned above? the most unique team here was the Hibiki/Bonne/Servbot, although i think the guile,omega,psylocke is very interesting, too. But, come on, what about bison, and storm, and jeez, what about Jin? there are a ton of other chars. that are great, but no one uses. if i actually played ppl that used other chars., maybe i would change my team around, but since the same are always picked, why make it harder for myself? doesn't anyone else have a unique team?

my teams always hav ryu in hes thes charecter on the game... with chunli ken ...sakaura akumas.ok ssent and sometiesm cyclops mix them round

boy, would i love to play a few of you guys with the shoto lineups. I would destroy those teams. You gotta throw in some variety! Gief especially dominates over the shotos, especially with his aerial body splash. Dont you use other ppl than fireball and sonic boom launchers?

jaims u stand no chance against my team. i practice and practice and practice with them. i kick ass against all my friends who has the game for ps2. they are good opponents too.

all u gotta do is know when to defend and know when to attack. plus ryu ken and akuma have different strenghts and weaknesses. so i now how to use them to the fullest.

me and my friend were the biggest rivals

i remember when i used guile, charlie, ken, dan, akuma, strider,
and my friend always use ken, ryu, akuma, sakura, cyclops, cap. commando.. most of the time we develop our own skillz with opposite characters
me with the combos, him with the supers to raging demon.. ugh.. but i learned how to avoid them..

lol we're still big rivals..
i started using sentinal, magneto, ironman, dr doom, all the big guys.. he had.. cable, storm, now magneto, sentinal too.. i would own him with sentinal & magneto... then he developed with storm and cable and learned the infamous ahvb, so i gotta be careful...

the point is... shotos/charlie/guile/zangief doesn't stand much of a chance against them (the cheezing of sentinal/cable/other cheezers if used properly)

not tru dxzero. my shoto team goes all the way. and i even beaten my friends when they choose cable/war machine/ironman/cyclops/dr. doom/ and many other cheap bastards. all u gotta do is know how to play the game well. thats why i win tourneys against a lot of people
