Nice and great show the cards are koming out in style now.Around my school and a few places I agree with supersonic as well.Been missing a few of the new episodes :biggrin: I will make myself make some time to watch them aight ok nuff said :lol:

The show is pretty cool...but the card game is kinda gay...

too much like Pokemon...and there are too many holes in the rules...speaking of the rules, they're not nearly as refined as Magic The Gathering, which is THE best card game EVER.

YugiOh....i think it's one sad, sad excuse for a show, after all it is anime, you'd think it could be done better look at all the other anime's out there,...and dueling with cards isnt all that exciting

It is sort of like pokemon i think they have cards in the pokemon card game so its like a copy of pokemon and didgimon practicly :(

technicly yugioh older than pokemon becuse poke mon came out in the gbpocket and gb stages and yugioh was in 1996. pokemon was 1997. and digimons older than all of them.

Actually, Pokemon came out in Japan in the early '90s. I'm not sure about Yu-Gi-Oh!, but as far as Americanized Pokemon/Yugioh, Pokemon is older.

And the card game is just like Pokemon because every sunday there are a bunch of screaming, crying, cheering 8-year olds (with the occasional 17-year-old buck-toothed hick trying to be cool) swarming my local gaming shop for a tournament. It's sickening.

Yes, Pokemon was originally a GB game, but then it became a cartoon. Yu-Gi-Oh! came later, and was originally a card game, but then became a cartoon. However, the concept of Pokemon came before Yu-Gi-Oh! And Digimon came AFTER Pokemon, both in Japan and the US

if you are implying that i play this xmvssf game all day, well, i don't. i only play on fridays when i'm bored. and that comment wasn't intended for all magic game players, it was intended towards my peers.

nah........yu-gi-oh is a cool show........I know sometimes it can be stupid with their friendship things and heart of the cards.......so I only watch an episode when there's a fight.......

my opinion of yu-gi-oh is:

yu-gi-oh, medabots, beyblade, pokemon, digimon are all the same. it's always some story about a battle between too things(e.g. medabots, pokemon, beyblades, etc). they're all unoriginal anime (except maybe pokemon, since it started the whole thing), pathetic......

i heaent ben here in ages. those are like childrens books, only in anime form. and all childrens books end all too happily...like these animes. kids like them cuase they wre made for kids to like. its not my fault they were made for kids, not more mature people. I only like the animation and effects of those shows, if i wake up early enough to watch them. they dont suck cause i doubt that they were made for NE1 here(by age group, i guess). they're just much less violent, which decreases the plot. these animes try to get across a point of non-violence by showing you that there is another way to solve a rivalry, like in G-Gundam. but G-Gundam beats the crap out of NE kid anime. NEway, you cant 4get Hamtaro, and many others. they simply werent made for us, so we dont have as much of a right to critisize them. but thats just one Saiyans opinion.
