why ?
because capcom did only 4 games with marvel, their contract was never reformed and for what i know, they still aren't going to make a new one !

they can do a RE-MAKE, but RE-MAKE will never have real new things, they just add some things in, like new BG new MOVES and the lkes, but never will the engine get revamped !

normally when you look at a movie its for the whole concept not for one single character !

jubilee IS in the second movie... in the last news at last !
COLOSUS is there too, but like bobby was in the first one, he will be a background char, not an active one !
PYRO, ICEMAN, ROGUE, NIGHTCRAWLER, CYCLOPS, MAGNETO, SABERTOOTH, MYSTIQUE, TOAD, LADY DEATHSTRIKE, WOLVERINE, JEAN GREY and storm will all be there !

they are all against the famous ANTI-MUTANT group called "THE FRIENDS OF HUMANITY" led by MR CREED (yeah, that's SABERTOOTH son) its a drastic measure group that uses drastic weapons against the mutants... its the only HUMAN group that give X-MENs big problems when they are around !

for SABERTOOTH, TOAD, MYSTIQUE ...

when they signed up for the contract, it was obvious that they would also all be doing the second part too ! so yeah the whole crew of the first movie is still there !
