basically, an ANIMATED BANNER is simply a lot of consecutive images !

you can simply start up MICROSOFT PAINT (default to windows) and do a simple image of your own... then save it as a BMP files (which is non-compressed, so best quality) then opening up your ANIMATION software you just add all the images in the right order, then you adjust the timing and boom, you got a new ANIMATION GIF to show to people !

example of what you can accomplish with that is as simple as my avatar and banner !

tho NoSoul made it looks like what it is now, what after the VIP logo is mine alone !

someone make a banner for me plz!!!!! lol... i dont kno how to make one. a friend of mine was gonna make one for me... but sometin happened wit his comp or sometin like that! i dunno... if someone can make one for me... i want a dark blue backround.. and ryu doing his special with "scout" in the beam!
