Embarassing things - Your parents do/make you do in public

Like the title said. Some parents do embarassing things when they go out with their child(ren) in public. I'd like to know what embarassing thing(s) your parents do infront of you in public? AND/ORwhat embarassing thing(s) they make you do when in public?

I would post one...but i have to think of is it too embarasing for me :down:

Well when I was younger, just going out with them was embarrasing, therefore I was always at the house. I now live on my own, well with my bros.

There was one time they embarrassed me though. We went to the mall and I stole some jewelry, a lot of it. Well, they noticed I had something in my pockets, I was only 8, I had to go back inside and return it. It sucked balls.

I currently don't have much communicationg with my parents, I guess they forgot about me and I forgot about them.

well that wasn't embarrassing, it was all common sense. i mean you had to bring it back, stealing is such a vile thing to do in itself so it was normal for your parent to tel you to bring it back.

my parents never were that embarassing me... they did tryed to embarasse me by making me doing stupid things in parties but since i am a little stupid fat guy i always did it for the heck of it anyway even though they wouldn't have asked me to do it. things like going on stage and dance in front of everyone... usually my cousins joined in as well which made the thing even funnier. we're such a crazy family !

Erm, an embarrassing thing that happened to me that dealt with my parents would have to be when I was winning awards at school and they kept clapping like crazy sayin' that's my girl and if that wasn't enough she took the awards to work and showed EVERYBODY. So now when I go do volunteer work at her job everyone refers to me as the smart girl...this may not seem embarrassing to you but it is to me...do you know how much weight are on my shoulders....maybe I should of just been stupid...I doubt she would brag about that....

Yeah, thank God you both don't work in my laboritory... lol... in anycase, we've had cases were the subjects (lol... don't know why I'm calling them that O_O) were to shy to take off their clothes and go butt naked

I guess they were more worried about their "dignity" than their lives. Luckily the chemicals weren't that hazadous :biggrin: ... but in reality, safety laws require that you strip and take a good shower when something like that happens. And if you're lucky enough, you get a buddy to help keep others from walking towards your path... Lol :biggrin:

But we're all professionals, so I don't think anyone would purposely stand in front of the shower just to take memory pictures; I mean... that would be quite sick.. considering the fact that there'll be other ppl there.

damn i knew i shouldve posted in here earlier and then i couldve been the second one to post.

well anyways one time me and my mom were at the mall. she got pissed at me for something i cant remember what, but was talking loud like "i cant believe u LL" and i told her "shh mom ur talking too loud" and she only talked louder and said " i dont care!!!"

and another one was at my basketball game for my school. like elena my mom got a little carried away and started cheering for me like crazy. now i dont blame her cause the game was fun but if i just stole the ball and she would blow her head off, or if i did an assist she would be like "thats the way u do it, nice job" and if i made a three she would go nuts. i was like "man calm down its like u never saw a three pointer made" so yea that was embarrassing on account that i am star player of my team

lol reminds me of when i was young i went in pjs too. it was REALLY late and me and my mom needed some groceries. i wanted to get dressed but my mom said "come on its gonna be really quick, jus go in ur pjs" so i went and i really REALLY care about my appearance up to today so i was wondering if people knew i was wearing pjs. i bumped into a old guy there and we just said hi to each other. i then thought since he was old he would be nice so i asked him " hey do these look like pjs?" and he stared at my pants(cause thats the only thing i was wearing that looked like pjs) for about five seconds and he answered witha straight "nope" so i walked off thinkin to myself "what a relief". now that i actually think about it, i think he jus said that to make me feel better.

I was working cash register at Burger king..and opened my draw to see nothing lowier than 20's...

And a whole baseball team came in....

I had to ask my manager for $400.00. to break up for drive threw and front line...

So at this point I went on a long ass pilgrimage...

I didn't have my car with me sense the BK I work at I live right near it..so I walk there....to conserve gas.....

I didn't want to walk home with $400. dollars in my piocket...were I live at....that wouldn't be smart....

...Those tricks on my clip can smell money......

Turns out I ended up as some Bar.....and a cinema..

they broke me up $200 in miscellenous 5's and 10's and some ranomd quarters..and nickels....and pennies...and dimes...

So now I'm carrying all these coins waying me down.....and money packing my pockets..because i have it in spreaded amounts...

Then a hobo...asks me for money..=/

and I basicily had cash comming out my pockets...and I had to say I can't give him this money..he followed me like the bastard he was......knowing damn well I had money..

Then some chicks rode by and wanted to know if I wanted to have a good time...=/

and they were hot as poop.

and like a feggy I said I can't..not right now..and they said "Damn,that's a shame...lol I would've *explict* ...oh well your lost hun."*drives off*

yea i always hated my dad. no wonder my mom divorced him. he was always rude in stores too no matter who or what it was. he honestly had me going hating in life. he made me not care about it and all

lol.....welll the spurs are back in it baby...3-2 spurs lead series.... now on to the topic....... i never go out with my parents anymore...thank god :)
but the last time they embarrased me probably was last year... i was with my mom at the mall. we were shopping to get me clothes..... Now we had $200 to go spend and we walked into this one store that had basketball jerseys....so i told my mom i was gonna get one jersey......she said no :(
but it was on sale, and it was only $40 (Lebron James, White Home Cavaliers Jersey) i told her just this one jersey and she was like no...your dads gonna be mad if he sees that we spent money for a stupid expensive jersey....

and i was like its only $40!!! It's my clothes, why should he care what i buy?...and the guy workin at the store was seeing all this...and it was embarassing, i guess. but at the end my mom bought me the jersey..i got my way :D

the sad part about it was, the first day i wore the jersey i got it dirty, so i put it in the washing machine and then the dryer.....when it came out, the jersey numbers, 23, were hanging off the jersey....... i never did wear it again... :dontgetit:

well...depends on the situation....like this time...when i was talking to my friends at school....and i forgot a permission form...so decides to go around to the bal courts and look for me...and it was a hot day out...so im in a muscle shirt...and she saw me and got all crazy like "omg....it's not that hot out"...and she was so loud..everyone heard her....

Yeah, thank God you both don't work in my laboritory... lol... in anycase, we've had cases were the subjects (lol... don't know why I'm calling them that O_O) were to shy to take off their clothes and go butt naked

I guess they were more worried about their "dignity" than their lives. Luckily the chemicals weren't that hazadous :biggrin: ... but in reality, safety laws require that you strip and take a good shower when something like that happens. And if you're lucky enough, you get a buddy to help keep others from walking towards your path... Lol :biggrin:

But we're all professionals, so I don't think anyone would purposely stand in front of the shower just to take memory pictures; I mean... that would be quite sick.. considering the fact that there'll be other ppl there.

MY mom wantexd to go grocery shopping...and she "made" me go since my lazy ass on a hot day wasn't doing nothin.....

so i ended up going with her....she went to get some fruits that were on sale...when we were in the produce section...she wasn't too pleased with what she saw....

she saw.....NOTHING...

literally...lil to nothin was there...especially what she was lookin for...so she pretty much lost it in the store after the employee said that they were having some stock issues..."what kind of store has no damn produce on the flloor"..."not even the food on sale"...

my recourse to her outrage.....quietly walking back..away from the scene....

I rarely ever go grocery shopping with anyone...but this time I had to with my dad of all people. We had went in the store for only 3 things...but came out with a whole lot more....and the car was really far away so we decided to "borrow" the cart. Well we weren't really paying attention and so when we left the store and began to cross the street a worker of the store began to yell at us to bring the cart back...so I was going to turn around and bring it back and my dad murmered "act like you dont' understand"...and I was like "huh"....then he said "run across the street and not to look back." So I did to the burger king...and went inside...he stayed outside and put all the stuff in the car while the man was still yelling at him from across the street...when my dad was done with the cart he left it by the car and came inside like nothing happened...next thing we know...we hear sirens...police had came for a friggin cart. When they came I ran to bathroom and acted like I didn't know him...I was so embarassed...

aww man. Here's something embarassing.

Yesterday, my mom woke me up early to go help her friend. So we're at the traffic lights waiting for the left turn lane to hurry up...after about 10 secs (yes, seconds) she said "i don't care" asnd came out, drove up, and cut off the person at the front of the left turn lane. I'm tellin her "what are you doing?", she said these people don't knwo how to drive" (just like all the other drivers say). So when we turn on the highway, the 2 ppl at the the front came on after us, and drove besides us and were yellin at my mom.

I just suck into my seat....so ashamed :down:
